The following message was sent out on Jan 15, 2009 via the band booster e-mail list.
Dear Fellow Band Boosters,
Due to the weather related school cancellations, we would like to update you on a few matters related to
the band's schedule.
First, remember that there are two upcoming pep band performances:
+ Saturday, Jan 17, Pep Band B. Call time at 5:30 pm
+ Tuesday, Jan 20, Pep Band A. Call time at 6:00 pm
Second, since final exams have been moved to Tuesday and Wednesday, there will be no Jazz Band rehearsals
on Jan 20 and Jan 21.
Third, symphonic winds rehearsal will be held on Thursday night, Jan 22, as scheduled.
Fourth, Snowball is still on. We hope everyone attending has a great weekend!!
Finally, the Band Boosters are planning a parents' night out to Denhart's C-Note Pub after the Feb 20 basketball
game. More information about this will be sent at a later date.
